How do I upgrade my Mezintel Gamma?
Since Mezintel Gamma is constantly being improved, a beta or an official version is released every 2 to 6 months. An issue you’re having may have already been fixed in a newer version of the software, so the first step of troubleshooting an issue might be to update the application:
How to Upgrade Online
While connected to the internet, do this from within a Job’s main window:
1. Click Help on the main menu, and click Check for Updates
The Remote Update Utility window will pop up.
2. Acknowledge the notice, and click OK to proceed
Available updates should load.
3. Click UPGRADE NOW
Files should download and install automatically. Mezintel Gamma may need to be restarted to complete installation (approx. 30 sec. delay).
NOTE: You can upgrade while logging as long as you have a good internet connection. A ping speed less than 300ms determines a sufficient connection. You can test your connection speed at Speedtest.net
Update Log
You can view a history of significant fixes and new features from within Mezintel Gamma if connected to the internet. To do so, click on the Notes tab found in the Remote Update Utility window.
Missing a feature?
If the latest version of Mezintel Gamma doesn’t have a feature that would be useful to you, feel free to let us know and you might just get it in the next release.
